Moth tile necklace - burgundy

Messengers between worlds beyond, luck-bringers, or symbols of passion, moths have sparked human emotions for centuries - they were also thought to be the original inspiration for fairies in British folklore.

Moths help to pollinate rare plants and are the backbone of the food chain. A single baby blue tit nesting in your garden may eat 100 caterpillars per day, and with 10 hungry mouths to feed, those busy blue tit parents need to find over 1000 caterpillars every day just to feed their young - they couldn't do this without moths!

Cut from a wider tile-design featuring moths, stars, and fairy wands, the pendant is made from a blend of lightweight polymer clays and a gold pigment, and hangs on an 18 inch gold-coloured chain with a lobster slip fastener. Each piece features a section of the overall design and will be randomly selected for each purchase. 

The pendant measures approximately 3cm in height, and have matching stud earrings available.

If gift wrapping is selected, the items will arrive in a recyclable unbleached paper-based box with a sponge insert, wrapped in tissue paper, and sealed with a sticker. Please reuse or recycle packaging wherever possible.
