Moth tile earrings - burgundy

Messengers between worlds beyond, luck-bringers, or symbols of passion, moths have sparked human emotions for centuries - they were also thought to be the original inspiration for fairies in British folklore.

Moths help to pollinate rare plants and are the backbone of the food chain. A single baby blue tit nesting in your garden may eat 100 caterpillars per day, and with 10 hungry mouths to feed, those busy blue tit parents need to find over 1000 caterpillars every day just to feed their young - they couldn't do this without moths!

Cut from a wider tile-design featuring moths, stars, and fairy wands, the studs are made from a blend of lightweight polymer clays and a gold pigment, with a stainless steel earring post held with resin for durability and ease of cleaning, and secured with a silicone earring back.

As each earring features a different section of the overall design (as pictured), pairs will complement each other, but will be randomly selected for each purchase. No two pairs will be identical.

The earrings measure approximately 1.2cm in height, and have a matching necklace available.

This item will arrive on a recyclable unbleached paper-based display card as standard.
If gift wrapping is selected, the items will arrive in a recyclable unbleached paper-based box with a sponge insert, wrapped in tissue paper, and sealed with a sticker. Please reuse or recycle packaging wherever possible.
